We provide supported accommodation and domiciliary care services for adults living with mental health needs. Our services include 24/7 on-site support, 1:1 sessions, life skills development, and assistance with daily living activities.

Our Sunderland site at Tunstall Road, SR2 7JP is home to two services — West Lodge and Rectory Lodge. Our new service, Library Lodge in Brierley Hill, Dudley, is opening in 2026 with 12 self-contained flats.

Supported accommodation provides housing alongside personalised care and support. Residents have their own rooms within a shared setting, with access to support staff who help them develop independence and manage their mental health.

West Lodge in Sunderland is for people living with complex mental health needs, offering a minimum of 2 hours 1:1 support each day with 24/7 on-site staff. Rectory Lodge, also in Sunderland at the same Tunstall Road site, provides supported living with a minimum of 1 hour 1:1 support per day, with on-call staff available after 11pm.

Our services are designed for adults (18+) living with mental health needs who require supported accommodation. Each referral is assessed individually to ensure we can meet the person's specific needs.

Family members are welcome to get in touch with us to discuss our services. Formal referrals typically come through healthcare professionals or local authority teams, but we are happy to provide guidance on the process.

Each day is tailored to the individual. Residents participate in 1:1 support sessions, life skills activities (cooking, cleaning, budgeting), community outings, arts and crafts, and social activities. We encourage residents to develop their own routines.

Yes! We support residents to plan weekly meals, budget, shop, and prepare meals. Cooking is a key part of developing daily living skills, and our staff are there to guide and support throughout.

Absolutely. We organise regular community activities, day trips, karaoke nights, arts and crafts sessions, ball games, and more. Residents are also encouraged to plan their own group activities and trips.
